Fresh Pomegranate is one of the important fruit crops commercially grown in the state of Maharashtra. The main commercially grown varieties are Bhagwa, Arkata & Ganesh.
Pomegranate is a fruit formed by the combination of several unit-like fruitlets. It is a round berry and has a thick skin on the outside and a lot of inner seeds surrounded by a juicy pulp. Its colour ranges from dark red to yellowish green. Its taste is bittersweet. We supply fresh pomegranate on a year round basis through an inclusive network of our associate farmers.

ALPHONSO
Alphonso is one of the most popular varieties of mangoes worldwide. It is a seasonal fruit available from around mid-April to the end of June. These mangoes have a rich and creamy texture. The pulp is juicy and non-fibrous. A fully ripe Alphonso mango has a bright golden-yellow skin with a tinge of red. The flesh of the fruit is generally saffron-coloured.

KESAR
The Kesar mango variety of mangoes, also called ‘Gir Kesar’ is a mango cultivar grown in the foothills of Girnar in Gujarat. This variety of mangoes is known for its bright orange coloured pulp. This variety of mango is generally sold at the market in April. The cultivation of this variety begins around October after the monsoon season.
